Nyaa Hans Ndah, born in 1979 hails from Njimetu Bome in Mbegwi in the North West Region of Cameroon. For six years he pursued Primary Education in Government School Njekwo-Bome and Wumsom. After seven years of Secondary Education in Government Bilingual High School Mbegwi, he proceeded to the University of Yaoundé I. Presently He is a lecturer of English in the University of Bamenda. He is married and a Farther of one.
Apart from research Nyaa Hans Ndah is a publisher who doubles as the founding director of NYAA & PARTNERS Enterprise based in Yaoundé Cameroon. NYAA & PARTNERS is a multi-service Enterprise specialized in printing, Publishing, Translation, Consultancy, sale of papers, supply of stationeries and dealers in Agricultural products.
His literary career began in the nineties when he released his first collection of poems of Africa and world at large. Other works by Nyaa Hans include: My Africa (2008), Operation Nineveh (2008), and Add more Beauty to our National Anthem (2010). Jacob Ache the great (2013) His poems feature in the following anthologies: Emerging Voices: An Anthology of Young Anglophone Cameroon Poets (2011). He is a hymn writer who has to his credit over three hundred and fifty hymns, more than a hundred of these hymns have been published. Nyaa is also a Playwright and a short story writer. He is the Winer of the 2013 Eko Literary Prize for Drama Category
