Rudolf Nchanji Nsang holds a Master’s Degree in English Language Studies from the University of Yaoundé 1, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. and an International Masters Distinction from the Global Entrepreneurs Institute, Ohio, USA. He was the lone Cameroonian selected for the Community Solutions Program (CSP) in 2020. CSP is a US Department of State funded exchange program for outstanding young community leaders across the world.
Nsang has over seven years of experience in youth and community development, civil society activism, peacebuilding, and education. Currently, he is the CEO and Founder of Silver Lining Africa (SiLA), a non-governmental association that empowers young Cameroonians with skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, and peacebuilding. Nsang also teaches part-time as a tutor of English language and communication skills at the University of Yaoundé 1 and the ICT University, Cameroon. He served as host of the radio talk show titled “Inspiration for Aspiration”, broadcast over CBC FM97.2 in Bamenda, North West Region of Cameroon. Moreover, he has volunteered as Church Relations Offi cer and Community Mobilizer for the Greater West Regions with the Cameroon Association for Bible Translation and Literacy (CABTAL). Nsang has published several self-help articles on www.medium.com and recently completed a poetry collection, Together Apart. He is a contributing poet to the illustrious anthology of poetry, Bearing Witness: Poems from a Land in Turmoil, published in 2020 and trending on Amazon.
